What does South Korea do right?

I have no problem with posting stuff about South Korea. But just remember two things. The country was 100% artificially created by the US prior to the Korean War. Also the country has only had a working "parliamentary democracy for about 10 to 15 years. For most of its existence it was a dictatorship. -Otto

If you can't be careful ... you get the gist.
The food is divine.

Transportation is awesome and signs are in English.

Seoul has random tourism experts who walk up and down major attractions looking for signs of lost tourists. If you look lost, they will help.

Grocery stores are just so nice to visit and browse.

Korean soaps are world-class.  K-pop is also considered quite good.

Drinking is a national sport (sort of).

Dining out with friends and colleagues is considered the norm.  Did I mention how divine the food is?

Clothes and shoes (if you are small-boned) are dirt cheap and high quality.

Internet is frighteningly fast.

Education is serious business. The kids are whip smart.

People respect their elders.
Quite Confucian.[1]
