Robert Altman Dead

Robert Altman was a legend among film directors. He took on the movies no one else would do.

Altman was born in Kansas City, Missouri. He was known mostly for his hit movie M*A*S*H. But he also made some other classics such as McCabe & Mrs. Miller. he directed 1992's The Player, another all time movie great. 3 Women was also a good flick.

Altman died on November 20, 2006 at age 81 at Cedar Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, CA. According to his company in New York, Sandcastle 5 Productions, he died of complications from leukemia.
