With the constant degradation of our environment, we have to wonder how long life as we now knows it, will continue on this earth. That leaves the question, is there any kind of life at all, anywhere in the solar system.
The moon of Saturn, Enceladus, discovery of frigid geyser of water now suggest there is at least one more “Ocean” moon, besides Europa, which is found orbiting Jupiter.
This moon is much smaller than Europa. The latter is 3,138 KM. Enceladus is only 250 KM wide. It’s too small to create it own heat, but is close enough to Saturn that it may get it’s heat from the gas giant it floats around.
Luckily this moon and others like it are too far away for the jerks on earth to come up with a terraforming plan as they’ve already done with Mars. At least humans can’t screw these places up in the immediate future.
