Last week I sample food at the Wichita Brewing Company/ WBC.
I have to admit it was really good. My wife and I tried one of their pizzas. We
had the CALIFORNIA PIZZA, with Guacamole base, chicken, sweet pepper bacon
& diced tomatoes. It was good. It was satisfying and had a nice
sophisticated taste.
They have their own craft beers. I tried the IRISH MOUSE-
Irish Whiskey & Belgian Dubbel. It was really good. Not all locally made
beers are good, but a lot depends on their recipe, and the process they use. A
beer can sour easy if it is contaminated with simple things as air. This beer
was just fine.
