The Burning Man festival now has its permit
from the federal government. The Burning Man festival is an art event that
takes place each summer. According to their official site; "Once a year, tens of thousands of
people gather in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert to create Black Rock City, a
temporary metropolis dedicated to community, art, self-expression, and self-reliance.
In this crucible of creativity, all are welcome."
The event takes place between August 30 and September 7. It
is held at Black Rock
Desert in northern Nevada . The art is interactive, dependent
on those who come to the event to bring and create art there in the city.
